The audition includes an approx. 90-minute technique class + company rep and an individual interview with Ballet Embody's Management Team. Please bring pointe shoes and be prepared to wear them, as applicable.

Ballet Embody seeks professional company artists for its upcoming 2023-24 performance season. The Company is able to provide a modest stipend for rehearsals and performances. Currently, we are planning for several evening length performances in Fall 2023, including The Maryland Nutcracker, and Winter/Spring 2024 (TBD). Additional performances are possible due to festival acceptance, gala invitations, etc.

If accepted and schedules align, dancers are requested to attend a 45-60 minute Company warm-up (to include ballet, modern, or contemporary movement) prior to rehearsals. Rehearsals are currently scheduled on Saturdays and occasional Sundays at Synergy Space in Westminster, MD. Additional rehearsals may be scheduled as performances draw near. Dancers will be notified…
